Lisa managed a small smile at Dean's words. Strangely, Castiel's presence was somewhat calming to Lisa despite her only having just met him. Lisa didn't understand why she felt that way, but she did. She looked over at him, but his words stopped her from speaking. Remembering? Was that what just happened to her? Did she just remember meeting Dean? That had to be it.
"You're right-" Lisa broke off as he touched her shoulder. It all happened very quickly. Everything she'd been forced to forget, about Dean, about how she knew him and how he knew Ben, all of it rushed over her like a cold, icy wave. Lisa felt tears burn in her eyes and her legs felt weak.
There was happy moments, of course, but there was scary ones. Ones where she was going to kill her own son and one where she'd been stabbed, feeling the fear grip her as she realized she might never see Ben again. That she was leaving him in such a dangerous place without her.
Gasping, Lisa didn't hesitate to collapse in the nearest safe place, a chair, and the tears just flooded down her face. Memories. Memories stolen from her, taken from her, but why? Who made that choice? Her eyes shifted briefly to where Dean disappeared. Was it Dean? Had Dean had her memories erased?
Castiel's voice pulled her back and she turned to look at him, brushing at her eyes as she focused on his face. An angel? Lisa swallowed. "Is-Were you the one that took those memories then?" Lisa asked, trying to keep her voice level. "No, you have to have been if you gave them back and those are mine? I mean I know they are. They feel real..."
