Who: Adam Milligan and Kyle Valenti What: A job interview, kind of When: Backdated to Friday afternoon Where: The clinic Warnings: TBA Status: Closed/On-going
Adam never turned down the chance to hire another competent medical professional. He'd been the clinic manager for years on just a year's worth of pre-med classes and then nursing school, and now he did double duty as manager and nurse. It kept him busy, which he did enjoy. Even so, he enjoyed every chance he had to build an even more competent staff. Just because they were the refugee clinic didn't mean they shouldn't be good at what they were doing.
He had a good sense of people, too, even over the network. Kyle Valenti seemed like the kind of person he wanted on staff, but he wasn't nearly reckless enough to hire him sight unseen as it were. The face-to-face interview was really more so Adam could get a sense of the man than it was to talk about his qualifications -- though there'd be that, of course. By now, Adam knew how to hire someone.
He'd taken a moment to stop by the front desk, checking in with the staff member currently manning it as he waited for Kyle. It'd been a slow enough day that there weren't any other patients waiting, which meant he could pretty much afford to just hang around waiting.
