“Yes, it’s a great way to center yourself and relax. It can be exhausting when you first start and awkward with the different positions; however, it does help a great deal. I do it every day, and I always feel so much better after a session,” Nikita told her. Though she knew yoga wasn’t for everyone, and she wasn’t going to push Elsa to do that. That was the reason she also offered up mediation to the young woman.
“Whichever one you prefer, I’d gladly work with you or go with you so you’re not doing it alone.” Besides the fact both of these were things Nikita did, she also wouldn’t toss the girl out to deal with this on her own. “I’ll tell you this now, it’s not something that one day and all will be fixed, but you should notice a slight change each time you do one of them. We’ll need to figure out a schedule that works for us both so we can do this.” Nikita was a morning person; however, she knew not everyone got up as early as she did to work out. Plus other than her job, she was able to move things around to work with Elsa and whatever schedule worked for her.
A small smile came upon her lips at being called a good person. “I try, and it took a while for me to get here, but everyone deserves to have some help. Whether it’s from a stranger or not. The fact you’re willing to take the help says a lot about you.” Nikita told her, smiling. Some people hated the idea of anyone trying to help them and would never admit it. Admitting or asking for help was the toughest thing, but always proved to be helpful in the end.
