Who: Hope Mikaelson and Lizzie Saltzman. When: Saturday Morning Where: Madison Coffee and Tea Co. What: Talking Status: Closed; Incomplete
Following their conversation on the network, Hope texted Lizzie Friday night asking if they could have coffee tomorrow morning. Lizzie agreed and so Hope arrived at the Madison Coffee and Tea Co. at around 10:30 a.m. She ordered herself an iced coffee and took a seat in one of the booths in the back. Hope took a sip from her drink and idly flipped through the network on her smart phone. A lot of refugees had been sent home the night before it seemed and Hope was grateful that her mother, her father, Landon, Lizzie, and her mother, Caroline were still here. If Hope had a meltdown when she lost Landon, she could only imagine what would happen if Lizzie lost her mother. The other woman was not the best at handling bad news. Thankfully, that was not something they had to deal with this morning.
It was about back home. About creating ties. Continuing what they had started at home. Her and Lizzie had actually started to get along, especially since Lizzie had been the one to remember Hope first. It had been the glue that bound them together in that virtual world eighties craziness and the relationship had continued with Hope concocting a potion to save Lizzie when Josie initiated the merge early. After a bit of a rocky start here, the two of them had come to the conclusion that they didn't want to fight. Hope never wanted to in the first place, but this meeting at the coffee shop was what was solidifying that truce.
