WHO: Jason Grace and OPEN WHAT: Practicing summoning electricity and lightning WHERE: The park WHEN: This evening WARNINGS: TBD STATUS: Open/Ongoing
Jason was making do. Because that was what he did, really. He fought through until he couldn't fight anymore, and usually in the past that had been enough. Until the last time, actually, when it hadn't been and he'd ended up dead, and then in Madison Valley. It had been a strange and emotional series of events, but he thought he was doing okay. He'd even done all he could to comfort Darcy when Haymitch had been sent home - it had been really nice to get his mind off of his own problems even though his heart had broken for her.
He could make it here. It wasn't so bad, really. Leo was here, and Nico. They were a nice reminder of home that he could talk about everything with and have them understand. He didn't really know what he'd do without them.
He didn't work tonight, so he'd gone to the park. He'd been feeling the tension in the atmosphere all day, and while it wasn't raining (yet, anyway), the air was full of electricity. Closing his eyes, he sat on the ground, legs crossed. After a couple of moments of silence, he floated a little - maybe a foot - off the ground, and hovered there, his blonde hair spiking as he gathered in the electricity around him. It was a palpable thing, and he savored the feel of it, even while knowing that he could summon only one - maybe two before he had to go home or exhaustion claimed him.
