“Oh that’s adorable on how you really think that. It’s cute,” she replied with a small laugh on how he really thought he’d beat her at pool. There was no way even with his abilities, but Lorna would fill him in on that...maybe. Sitting up, she raised her hand as the green energy from her powers wrapped around her hand, raising her hand slightly as she zoned in on what she wanted to pick up. Just as her hand moved up slightly, she started to move both a knife that had been in her boots on the floor along with a metal amulet that meant something to her. Bringing her hand back quickly so they’d come flying towards her as she caught them.
Setting them on the bed, she turned to him with an amused little smirk. “The fancy words for my abilities tend to be ferromagnetism, electromagnetism, and magnetokinesis,” it was the words among others used around her powers, turning her body to face him. “Here’s a little fact for you. In the game pool, the white ball has a small magnetic core so I can tap into it and make it do whatever I want. It’s why my two closest people back home usually won’t ever touch the game if I’m playing since they know they’ll lose.” Lorna didn’t always cheat but only once in a while. There was a reason she was undefeated in the game.
