Qrow & Elsa
Was he someone who knew Elsa from before? He didn't confirm or deny anything verbally, but it was more in his stance, in the way he looked at her. There was definite identification in his gaze; he knew who she was. Elsa suddenly felt awkward herself and guilt washed over her. Why couldn't she remember these people, these people who clearly knew who she was? Why did this town not grant her that? It felt cruel, cruel for both of them, and somehow crueler in this sense than ever before. There was just...nothing they could do. They could just keep moving forward, right? Keep trying.
"That's true. No harm," Elsa replied quickly with a weak smile. She felt like there was more to that statement than just what he was saying. That there was more he wanted to say, but he held back. He was trying not to make the situation worse for both of them. It was an olive branch and Elsa appreciated it even as she felt again a lot worse for not remembering him or anyone that knew her before.
"I am. I just arrived a few weeks ago," Elsa replied with a nod. "I'm just trying to adjust to here. Everything is different from home. I'm Elsa." She added the last part, unsure if she should have tact it on or not. If he knew her from before, the last part was pointless.
