The whole 'when Hell freezes over' saying always cracked Bel up, mostly because you could find all manner of torments below; hot or cold alike. Still as the demon lazily strolled down the sidewalk he found himself smiling a little when he spotted a father and son walking down the street together, eating ice cream as they seemed to be enjoying the beautiful day. Without missing a beat he paused to watch them both walk by, and with an devilish smirk the demon reached out with a tiny push of his telekinesis. Oh it was mean to be sure, but so very amusing, to knock the scoop of ice cream right off the kid's cone. Just the sound it made as it plopped onto the pavement was enjoyable, but not nearly as delicious as the sound of the kid starting to cry right there and then. For a moment or two he continued to look on; basking in the tantrum that the child threw, and watching as that good mood all but vanished as the father grew impatient with the boy for making a scene.
By the time Bel had continued his own stroll down the street he could still hear that yelling and crying grow louder. Sated for the moment, and no longer bored, the 'young man' in the shades paused as he neared the ice cream store that the father and son had just left. Truth be told, the demon had never tried ice cream before. He had heard about it, but had never really had a chance to sample it for himself. So with a bright grin plastered across his face the demon headed inside. Making his way up to the counter, where his eyeless gaze fell onto the beautiful woman behind it. "Hey there. So uh, I think I want to try this stuff..."
