Who: Sean Nast and Adam Vasic What: Grabbing a beer and probably confusing Sean even more When: Backdated to Saturday evening Where: Lou's Bar Warnings: TBA Status: Closed/On-going
Sean wasn't sure what part of this place was confusing him more, honestly: the people there that he knew, the fact that he'd apparently been there before, or that one guy who seemed slightly disappointed somehow that he didn't remember being there. He wasn't even going to factor in the fact that his father was there and had an entirely new family, because that was a confusing bit of weirdness all its own.
It didn't seem like a bad place to be, and Jaime had even said that, but Sean wasn't going to completely believe that for a while. All at the same time? It was a damn sight better than having to deal with being back home, with being around the family that had rejected him. And that was exactly what it'd been, too. Not in those specific words, but Uncle Josef had basically said as much by saying he needed to get married and have kids. Not that Sean was going to listen to that, of course. He'd play their game, but he was going to play it his own way.
Or he would if he ever went back home.
Now, though? Now he was just... kind of adrift. He was a Nast, though. He was resilient. He'd damn well deal with this place. Somehow.
He'd worry about all of that another day. First up on the agenda, though? Meeting up with Adam and having whatever conversation they were going to end up having. He walked into the building and glanced around, finding Adam over at the bar easily. Managing a smile, he made his way over to the other man. "Hey," he greeted, taking the seat next to him.
