Now, Elsa was more confused than ever. She had...been here before? But how? When? And why didn't she remember this place or this woman named Weiss who clearly knew who she was and, given her calm demeanor, knew what Elsa could do? It didn't make any sense at all. How could she have been somewhere and not remembered being there or meeting Weiss or anyone else? She should have been able to remember, shouldn't she? Unless something had happened and she couldn't because of something she did? It wouldn't surprise her given how often what Elsa did caused problems for herself and for everyone else around her. Could that have been it? Could she have made a mistake again? What had this one potentially cost her besides Weiss and her memories of this place? Who else?
Because Elsa was immune to cold, she did not notice how sharply the temperature had dropped. However, she did note the thickening of the snow fall around her, the flurries swirling their way around her and everyone else currently making their way down the street. Potentially people she knew too. People she could hurt if she didn't stop this. Elsa took a deep breath and despite the confusion still evident within and upon her face, she attempted to calm herself. She didn't want to hurt anyone, especially like she had hurt Anna, because she was scared and confused. These people had nothing to do with that. They were innocent and she had already hurt too many innocent people when she lost control the first time.
The snowflakes lessened and the wind began to slow. Around them, the temperature began to climb back to a more normal, suitable range for the season and location. Elsa, who had closed her eyes to focus her attention on stopping the potential self-made blizzard, opened them once more and acknowledged Weiss with a confused, saddened sapphire gaze. "I guess I did. I don't know why I don't remember this place or you, Weiss. I am sorry. Maybe it was something I did. Another mistake. I wouldn't be surprised given...my history for making them quite splendidly," Elsa replied softly. She wished Anna was here; her sister always had a way of seeing the positives in any situation and even though Elsa felt the redhead would have had a difficulty in seeing any positives here, she was sure eventually Anna would have found a way. Her sister was remarkably optimistic that way.
