Who: Chris Argent and Rogue
What: Their version of friendship, minus a bar fight
When: Sunday evening
Where: Homebrew
Warnings: TBA
Status: Closed/On-going
Chris had a weird definition of friendship, probably because he had weird friends to begin with. He'd never actually been all that good at friendships to begin with, though, and he blamed that one on his father. On his upbringing in general, honestly. You didn't grow up the way he did and come out of it an entirely functional human being. But his friends didn't seem to care.
They were just as weird as him, honestly. If not weirder. Which explained why he and Rogue got along so well. (And thinking of Rogue made him miss Nico, damn it.)
He didn't often stop by Homebrew with the actual intent of harassing Rogue if she was around -- it usually just happened -- but he'd been caught a little off-guard by Isaac's showing up yet again. Not that he wasn't glad to see the young man. He was, he honestly was. It just wasn't easy to deal with things every time Isaac disappeared and came back, especially if it was going to mean having a conversation about the whole France thing.
Which meant he needed to stop thinking for a while. Which meant Homebrew, which meant possibly annoying Rogue, which meant trying not to annoy Sigrun.
It was a delicate balance.
He'd settled in at a table, was more than happy to just spend the evening alone for a little while. As social as he could be, he wasn't always.
