She paused, then decided 'drastic' actions were needed. The Doctor moved until she was sitting on his lap with her legs on either side of him. It wasn't hard to want to kiss him, especially when she realized just how good sitting on him like this felt. Hands on either side of his face, she pulled him in for a kiss.
