Nancy Gama & Laurel Lance
The idea of being an open book was very much a big no for Nancy. While she didn’t hide the fact she was a monster or at least she thought so, it wasn’t like she wore a giant sign saying ‘check out the demon vessel’ since that was not something people needed to know. Only hard part about it all was making sure she didn’t cut herself cause that’s when a lot of explaining would need to be done. It wasn’t like her part time job had traveled over to this place so it was easier to keep that whole giant secret about her very much locked away.
“Are you looking forward to anything in the new year?” Nancy was pretty sure that was a thing. Or at least people were always talking about it like it was a thing so either she was on the money or she’d come across as asking something weird. Either way she didn’t care considering it wasn’t like she didn’t do it often with the weird questions. Though she was right about how something exciting might present itself. Doubtful, but hey, Nancy wasn’t exactly afraid to get herself into trouble or try anything once. Probably wasn’t always the best way of thinking, but hey, it worked for her.
“Why not? Isn’t that the fun of doing something stupid and wild for the new year? Not like you need to see them again or anything.” And that pretty much summed up her whole dating life. “You’re a hot female and guys are always up for kissing the ladies so the stranger route is on the table.” Nancy didn’t see a problem with it. Not that she’d be doing it or at least right now she was saying that. Who knows? By the time midnight came around she might change her mind.
