Mazikeen & Cameron
"Everyone has to have a talent," Mazikeen replied with a smirk. "Even if it is just repeating unreliable superstitions on New Year's Eve." Clearly, not the the most helpful, but it was amusing if nothing else. Mazikeen was always okay with someone presenting her with the opportunity to be amused.
Truthfully, Mazikeen did not believe in luck at all. Most likely this was because she never had experienced a moment where she believed luck had ever played a role. Was it luck to be the top torturer in hell? No. That came from sheer talent in learning and perfecting how to break someone. It was the same with being a bounty hunter. Mazikeen had used her skills to perfect her work.
"I personally believe luck is bullshit, but maybe that is because I just was never presented with a moment in which I believed it ever played a role," she replied bluntly, returning to her plate for another bite of anything with a good amount of grease involved in its creation. "What about you? You believe in luck?"
