Nancy Gama & Laurel Lance
If Nancy even knew Laurel thought she was shy, it’d probably cause her to laugh. Not in a cruel way, but an amused way, especially if either of her two best friends from back in her own world knew that. Then again it was slightly different here with the language difference and still learning it plus the cultural difference; however, shy or even bit shy was not a word anyone had ever used towards her. Between her world knowing the language she spoke and most of the time on the street, it was easy enough to have a social life since sometimes being social got you a bed for the night. Nancy still found it weird to have her own place something she never saw coming for her, but hey, she wasn’t going to complain since it was a nice change. One of the better perks along with visiting new places. It was a nice reward after saving the world with her friends.
“Different, but it isn’t bad. We normally do these type of things after midnight, not before,” she said, waving to the whole club thing. Nancy didn’t exactly do the normal before midnight thing back in her world; however, if she wasn’t working or locking herself up, then she’d usually hit up a club or two for a while. She had to be careful, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t do some of the normal stuff people her age did, especially around this time of the year. “Is your sister around here? Don’t want to end up not getting that hug in because she didn’t show up or anything. But it sounds like a great way to start off the new year,” Nancy didn’t really know how most people started the new year off, but that sounded like a good way, right?
