Nancy Gama & Laurel Lance
Nancy hated always having to be careful in parties because she couldn’t risk getting cut, but at the same time, she wasn’t going to let her worry keep her from checking things out. Nah, then the demon side won and that wasn’t going to happen. Though the worry had crossed her mind for a very brief moment when she had bumped into someone, kicking herself for not being careful. Okay, then again she was never ever careful; however, she didn’t often put herself in situations where it was this crowded. Even the parties around the town were out in the open, making it easy enough to avoid most people or incidents like this. While the bump had been nothing close to able to do anything, Nancy couldn’t help the thought slipping in for a moment before pushing it aside.
The voice of Laurel caused Nancy’s attention to shift away from what could’ve happened, smiling at the sight of her ship roommate. From what Nancy knew, the woman seemed cool and nice, then again, most of the people around here were, but still Nancy thought she was cool. “Hola Laurel,” she spoke with a smile, moving a bit out of the way as someone came in their direction trying to get by her. “No, nothing to worry about. I haven’t had the chance to get anything. I’ve been good, I wanted to see how Americans celebrated this holiday so here I am.” Which Americans very much started their parties early for this holiday compared to where she came from, but she was curious to see the whole night. “How about you? How have things been?”
