Clint grinned and waggled his eyebrows. "Yes please," he replied, since A) cherries were great and B) they provided a good bit of fun for the flirtatious purposes. He could tell that Lydia was a lot of fun, which meant he definitely wanted to get to know her better. It sounded like she was feeling a little unappreciated too, something he could absolutely help correct in the moment.
"I wouldn't want to welcome just anyone, though. I mean, whoever I welcome is going to have to be super cool and fun, absolutely. Someone who knows how to dance, have a good time, likes to drink all the good stuff." He had that look like he was pondering who could possibly fit the bill for that kind of person to welcome into the crazy world that was Madison Valley.
"You wouldn't happen to know someone who fits the bill, do you?" Clint couldn't even keep a straight face though and immediately grinned and laughed. "God, honestly. I almost got that one! Okay, so compromise. I'll be your personal and slightly delayed welcoming committee. Complete with a tour of an apartment, if you want." It was a casual way to offer up a hook up if she was interested. Her response would help him find the line, for sure, of what she was comfortable with.
