"Yeah," he said, looking rather forlornly at the guide. "Believe me, I get it. There was only really one thing I could do back home, so I trained my whole life to be the best, and now, here, well...I'm not really needed to do that. It's a strange feeling and I can't say that I really like it?"
He sighed heavily. He didn't really have any feelings about the politics of this place. That wasn't really Eddie's thing. Well, as long as people weren't miserable which they didn't seem to be. They all had food and houses and all that basic sort of stuff.
"My classes mostly weren't...academic. I mean, we had classes, but they were more on...Guardian theory and stuff like that. Which isn't exactly like this stuff. Honestly, I have no idea at all what I'd be interested in."
