He wasn't the only one that missed this. It wasn't the same as it had been, seeing as the two of them weren't planning on heading back to bang each other throughout the night, but it still brought back the memories of when it had just been the two of them. Sure, both of them had other friends throughout the time they had known each other, but neither of them had been this caught up with "significant others" of sorts. It was nice just getting to hang out with Jonas without anyone else around and she almost felt guilty for spending so much time with Spencer. It wasn't as though they had spent every moment together, but she hadn't seen Jonas too much and it was shitty that it took something like Spencer and Zoe moving to get the two of them back to how they used to be. She made a mental note to try and do this more often. Not big expensive trips, of course, because neither of them could afford that, but just hanging out, drinking and being themselves.
Tequila, cheap tequila in particular, was Kyle's worst enemy. The girl could drink most things easily, but tequila never went down easily for Kyle and she had to glare at Jonas, but it was done in mostly a joking way. Mostly. Ignoring the desire to pour the cheap, vile liquor over Jonas's head, she grabbed the glass, smirking at his head. "What do you think?" Not too long ago, Kyle would've been up there with her shirt up, lying on the bar but...not so much now.
