There are Snape/Lupin prompts for anyone interested. And, the Mini-Fest option makes for great fun if you only have a few words in you.

For those wanting to rec the awesomeness that is Severus Snape/Remus Lupin, in all their permutations, you can sign-up at LJ comm, Crack_Broom. The link leads you directly to the Snape/Lupin list of reccers.

We've got over 400 recs over there and with this Fall/Autumn filled with chances to create some Snupiny Goodness, why not share the joy? I've done it quite a few times and it can be both fun and fulfilling, too, letting your favorite authors know that their works are still being read and enjoyed.

It's amazing what you find when you do a search. I found the LJ comm hpficmasterlist ~ REMUS LUPIN - SEVERUS SNAPE and some fics in this post.

Now the list was posted in 2006, but, I am actually finding stories I haven't read. And some of them are on the LJ mirror of LJ Lupin-Snape.

Do yourselves a favor, folks,and check it out. There will be dead links or whatever because of the LJ banning fiasco of 2007, but still, take a chance and you might find some fic you've either been looking for or never seen until now.

Raphael Kirchner works at wikipaintings.org gives a good overview of this prolific artist. His works span the Art Nouveau movement to Art Deco. He was quite popular with the soldiers of WWI with both SFW and risque (read: NSFW) imagery. The Marionette series of postcards can be found here.

I just left a Snupin prompt (the only one so far) at the "HP Time Travel fest community."
I put my prompt "here" . Let's get some more! The Snarry folks are already drumming up prompts, and it's very heavy on the Harry/Draco variations over there right now. Let's get some new Snupin written!

For anyone who doesn't know, the LJ comm crack_broom has opened April to any member who wants to put up one rec. They call it "Free Flying".

I'm hoping all the folks who are members and those who want to be members will go to crack_broom on LJ and show them the Good Ship Snupin is alive and well and filled with great stories. Look through their memories and make certain the story or art--and we have some of the best art around, in my not-so-humble opinion--hasn't been recced before and have at it. Please?

I've already started writing my own rec, after rereading it, of course!

The SUMMER ROUND nominations begin on April 1st. Fanfics that qualify for the Summer Round’s Nomination period are only those written between April 22nd the year prior until April 21st of this year

I just noticed that HP Fanfic Fan Poll doesn't have one Lupin/Snape story nominated!

Here's the current list of nominated fics and we aren't making a showing! Now, I know there are quite a few Lupin/Snape stories that really deserve kudos and awards.

I encourage everyone to look over the nominating post, that's the first link, and put forth a story that you think is special. Lupin/Snape is a very viable, very intriguing pairing with a wealth of stories yet to be told, and a great many that have really struck folks as memorable.

Just wanted to drop a line. When I need a soothing bit of fic, there are many places to go, but the one that I found--before lupin_snape--was The Master and Wolf FQF.

Back in the day, and filled with jossed stories of Severus being a Pureblood and the like, and yet, they are comforting to me, like warm flannel on a cold night, or a gently waving fan on a heated one.

The very first Snupin Fest I ever participated in, too. So, here's to old friends who make me wibble, make me laugh, and most of all, give me comfort when I need it.
