Oh, like no one else with a penis ever is that. ;) This is only "feminine" because we have a gendered term for it - drama queen. I can't even use the word "hysteria" without it being gendered in origin, but it's stereotypical to think of that as being something feminine.
As for sissy, association with a possibly feminized profession (not to mention water/cauldron symbolism), etc. - yes.
But beautiful-no, he's never been described that way.
