“Severus, are you here?”
The silky, acerbic voice answered. “Where else would I be?”
“I wasn’t certain you were dead.”
“Lupin, how did you get in here? There are bloody giant sandworms out there!”
“The Whomping Willow. Severus, did you read the Handbook?
“I burned it”
“Burned it?”
“Lupin, that sodding book made less sense than one of Lockhart’s”
Remus chuckled. “Come up to the castle with me, we’ll nick some breakfast.”
“The sandworms?”
“Did you try the Willow egress?”
“No.” Severus grumped.
“You need to read the book. We’ll share mine.” Remus grabbed Severus’ hand.
