Lacey had to grin at the whole M.I.B thing. It was kind of ridiculous but in a way she could appreciate. "I've heard worse names over the years. So that's not so bad in comparison."
Still, Lacey felt the need to reassure Natasha further, "Even if you didn't MIB the whole thing, any drama would probably be looked at as entertainment around here. Especially if it stays outside the building. The only protocol out in the nexus itself are the standard IDPD and Galaxy Police laws, coupled by whatever Silence lets happen. I mean, we've been attacked by giant teddy bears before. And I think Doctor Doom." She grew slightly confused as she tried to remember that incident. "Or was it Godzilla? I know there were Doom bots involved somewhere." She shrugged again, "Ah well, that was years ago. I can't actually keep track of it all anymore."
"Besides," Lacey continued, "there's also no guarantee you would remember coming here in the first place either. The magic works in mysterious ways. Sometimes you leave and don't remember being here, or like it was a dream and you're back where you were as though it never happened. Other times it's whatever qualifies as normal. It varies depending on the person."
