"Then that's probably why the café brought you here." Buffy tried to find a way to explain some of the quirks of the café. "It's been known to pull people in who it deemed needed a sabbatical from whatever life was throwing at them. Of course, it's also been known to pull people in just for kicks, but I prefer the forced vacation aspect of it all. It makes it more friendly sounding."
Buffy didn't actually believe that Faith was over anything, but if there was one thing Buffy had learned over the years it was that people had to work that kind of thing out in their own ways. Did that mean had grown as a person or was she just fully integrated in her strange multiverse infested life?
"Well, the café itself is in an inter-dimensional nexus and built on a foundation of magic from a goddess and advanced technology from a self proclaimed 'greatest mind in the universe'. I mostly use my tablet to change things when I want. It's one of the perks of being the owner." Buffy said with a smile. "Apparently it's encoded to work with me only, the tablet I mean. But without it, if I wanted to change anything in here or deliver food, I'd have to use manual labor to do it. I like to save that for Christmas, when I'm cracking the whip to make this place look perfect."
