Summary: Luke’s POV
Disclaimer: These beautiful boys don’t belong to me sadly. PG owns the characters and the show. No infringement intended.
Luke really didn’t like Tony very much in the first place so when he showed a bit too much interest in Noah, he wanted to punch him.
When Tony’s handshake took a little too long and when he said Noah was hot it bothered him. Of course Noah was hot, but Noah was his.
It was an odd feeling for Luke when he realized that he had never really experienced jealousy to that extent. He’d never had any one to be jealous about. Sure he had had pangs of jealousy when Kevin was with his girlfriend, but that was more about disappointment than jealousy. Because how could he be jealous of a relationship that didn’t exist. No, this was different. He loved Noah. And he was pretty sure Noah loved him.
So when Noah returned from his errand Luke asked him about Tony. And Noah responded exactly the way Luke had hoped. He didn’t seem interested in the fact that Tony may have wanted to get him into the hot tub.
Luke did have to admit that the idea of Noah naked in a hot tub would be hot, but he had to try not to think about it. They were in an awkward situation when it came to sex. Their living arrangements, though convenient, made it impossible to be alone and with Grandma Emma’s rules, there was no way they were going to be able to do anything at the farm. And then there was the reality of Luke’s inexperience (i.e. his virginity) and Noah’s newly found sexuality. They both clearly had the desire, but did they have the balls to go through with it yet?
When Noah asked Luke about going to the party and share a room, Luke sort of freaked. He really wanted to have sex with his really hot boyfriend, but he was terrified to actually go through with it. He knew that Noah had at least been intimate before – with Maddie. So he’d been vulnerable with another person but Luke wasn’t sure how much experience Noah had with guys. Noah hadn’t really talked about his past and Luke wasn’t sure he really wanted to know. He just knew he didn’t want to disappoint Noah. And he wanted their first time to be comfortable and well, right.
So when they decided not to go to the party, Luke was relieved, because even though he didn’t want to admit it, he wasn’t ready. And he hoped Noah would be patient and wait for him.
