"I'm also not going to try to make you get in touch with your inner chakras or whatever, because I have no idea where they are. Maybe near your spleen?" He liked yoga, it was centering and grounding, clearing his mind and making him more calm, which is what it was designed to do. A gentle, flowing workout to wear out the body so the mind could calm with it. It worked wonders. That said, there was a lot of crunchy granola types that thought a weekend seminar made them some sort of guru and he didn't subscribe to that nonsense. Or at least, he could admit he was ignorant enough about it to not try to pretend otherwise.
