If he really thought about it physical activity had always been a part of Matt's life. Baseball mostly until he joined the Corps, and then, well, that was another beast entirely. Since retiring, Matt's slowed down a bit, but really, he still remained active. After all, it wouldn't be terribly efficient to get out of shape and be unable to help people. Which, was kind of what his job was about. Though, really, the number of times Matt has had to actually chase someone down was significantly less than helping little old ladies cross the street (even if it was ladies he knew from his neighborhood growing up), and sitting at a desk now. Still. Matt blinked a few times after he had been addressed the calm mask very much still on his face. Thankfully, he didn't say anything stupid like 'huh' or 'wha?'.
His face shifted a little bit, eyebrow ever so slightly raised as he thought about this. Pro side, trying something new. Con side, he was pretty sure that this was the type of shit he gave his boss for doing. However, if he did do this and tried it, he would be able to give credible shit to his boss (you know, instead of staring at him awkwardly when he wasn't looking). "Sure." he shrugged. "Never done it before. Probably pretty clear, though." he said as he carefully climbed up onto his board.
