Declan. It was a name you didn't hear very often, and Chevelle liked it. "My father isn't exactly known to be a timely man. I'll be the one bringing the payments by from now on, and they will no longer be late." Chev was never one to pay her bills late. They were always at least a week early, and she intended to keep things that way. She was glad she didn't inherit her father's terrible lateness.
"If it's not too much of a bother to change the date, that would be extremely helpful." It would fit better with her father's paydays, as well as her own. She wasn't about to let her father spend every last bit of his money paying off the debt that he had brought upon himself to help her get through school. It just wasn't happening.
