[what] Getting into trouble Having fun in da club.
[when] Saturday night
[where] Apollo's
[rating/status] medium?/Incomplete
Isobel Reza was unamused. After they had begged her to come out, and she'd reluctantly agreed, her friends had decided to ditch her at Apollo's. Really classy, ladies. She'd decided to go ahead and stay out for a while, since she'd gone through all the trouble of dressing up for a night out. She'd danced for a while and chatted with a few people, but now her focus was on having a couple of drinks, and resting up for the next stretch of dancing.
She sat with her back against the bar, sipping on a peach martini as she looked around, seeing if there was anyone she might recognize. She gave a small wave to a girl she recognized from the club, though she couldn't for the life of her remember her name. It didn't really matter to Izzy anyway, as she barely new the girl and was fairly certain she'd never seen her outside of this place. She was just beginning to settle back in to finish off her drink when there was a light tapping on her left shoulder. Glancing over, there was a man now seated next to her, and he absolutely reeked of alcohol. "Hey there, pretty lady." His words were slightly slurred, and it was pretty obvious the guy was beyond drunk.
"I'm sorry, I'm really not interested." Isobel said, frowning. Her free hand went to her clutch that was sitting in her lap because she had every intention of getting up and walking away from this guy before matters got worse. Izzy stood, quickly, and started to walk away, but he grabbed her arm.
"Don't be like that, baby. Let me show you a good time." He tried to pull her towards him, but she planted her feet and pulled back on her arm, trying to break free. He wouldn't let go.
"I said I'm not interested. Now let go of my arm." She tried to get the bartender's attention, but he was off at the other end of the bar, helping some other customers.
