That would be a change of pace for her. She had always wanted to be this way, but her only real boyfriend told her it was gross to dress this way. That only dikes did it. Once she left him because of his... decision to see more than one person, she was herself and found he was right. Kari dated girls because it was easier. Boys simply did not like how they may confuse her clothes for theirs. The fact that he was so interested in making sure she did not forget him was unusual enough. She did not know how to take it. Kari did smirk, however, when Robert admitted to being scared himself. "I doubt Smee snores that loud. He's too cute to snore," she replied. No, Kari knew full well that bulldogs sound like a big man snoring. She looked away when he smiled. Not looking at him was easier. She was not supposed to be enjoying this.
