Lois was nothing if not observant. There were times when Clark wondered how his secret identity held up when she'd been in close quarters with him as both Clark and Superman. Though it was never just about the glasses. He stooped a little in his Clark guise, he changed his voice between the two. As Clark, he radiated uncertainty. As Superman, nothing but confidence. All the same... a part of him might have held out hope that she'd figure things out on her own.
He frowned as he looked around and made note of the absences himself.
"I don't either. It could be the off season, or it could be that this place is just a front of some sort." He moved his glasses out of the way, just enough that he was able to scan the walls. Oddly enough, he didn't see anything out of place with the X-ray scan. Everything appeared to be a normal resort.
"Were you told not to go outside the wall?" he asked Lois. He didn't like the idea of mentioning it, because he had a feeling that her curiosity might just take her that way. Which meant that he'd have to keep an eye on her even when he wasn't at her side.
