Mary tossed back one of the small bottles of rum from her minibar. She'd leave the large bottles to Johnny. He was going to need every last one of them. And even then, she wasn't sure if it would be enough to give him a buzz. Superhuman healing did have a down side, it would seem.
She smirked a little at the look on Johnny's face at that little tidbit of info about her dad. She might love her dad, but he was so hyper-masculine that it was always funny to see the roles reversed for a bit.
"He helped make dresses for the queen," she said. "And yes, it was every bit as hilarious as you're picturing. More, possibly." She pulled out another bottle while she was answering his next question. It was easier to focus on what other people had done on that first planet that she'd found him missing.
"I was a Blacksmith. It wasn't too bad, really. Oh, and Cas and Anna tied the knot while we were there." She turned around to face him again. That much was a happy memory, so she was able to smile a little. "They had the bright idea of having the ceremony in the forest and Orcs crashed it just after they'd said their I dos. It was a hell of a reception."
She wondered if Cas and Anna were here. This might not make for a bad honeymoon, assuming things stayed tranquil inside the resort. Then again, she got the feeling that the two former angels were happier when they were hunting than when they were forced into r&r. She couldn't blame them. She was already itching for a gun and something to shoot herself.
