Sympathy stopped her pounding and yelling only when she heard another voice on the other side of the impossible door. She listened carefully, pressing her ear against the metal, waiting for more. There was a whoop of delight when she heard him tell her to not yell.
She didn't think she knew the voice, but that wasn't saying much of anything. Most of her time had been spent with certain people. She hadn't branched out much at all. The pirate just hoped that whomever it was felt compassionate enough to help despite not being friendly previous to the door issue.
"I am yelling because this door has no handle. I have told it to open itself several times now, and it will not. I do not like to be trapped. Especially by inanimate objects that I should be in control of. So I am yelling. It has brought you here, has it not?"
