Jo silently noted Phaedra's apparent discomfort with the thank you. She left it at that. It needed to be said, even if it was awkward. There was a part of her that felt as though Phaedra should be treated like an actual person and that maybe that didn't happen often, even if the vampire had a lot of moments where it was easy to forget that she wasn't... human.
She shrugged.
"I'm not sure if the planets are theirs or if they're simply places that they've dropped us off."
She looked around the hallway, thinking to herself.
"Can't say whether I'd feel better if the aliens that see us as experiments were here or if they just left us on a ship with potentially hostile aliens." There was a bit of a spark of adventure in her eyes as she looked over at Phaedra. "Care to explore with me?"
