Mary didn't fight the tug into his arms at all. Her hands found their way around his torso and her head rested against his neck. There were a few tears that she'd been holding back for days that finally broke free.
"Sorry," she murmured, but that didn't mean she was going to let up.
She could only imagine what he'd gone through on his end when she'd gone missing. It must have felt like the same nightmare over again, and she knew that. There was a part of her that was very angry that she'd been careless enough to fall into that sort of situation when she'd faced all manner of supernatural beast and managed to 'kick it in the ass' in the words of her Grandmother Harvelle. And yet she'd been taken down by a simple human wielding chloroform and a knife.
She held on in silence for a little while, trying to get those tears under wraps and taking a few steadying breaths.
"They know about you. Everyone was there after..." she bit her lip because neither of them really needed that voiced. "My mom and Anna are the only ones here on the island and I'm not sure that Jo won't want to hunt you down."
He had to know. She wanted to give him more time to recover, but she also wanted him to know what he might be facing at this camp. She didn't let go but pulled away enough to meet Johnny's eyes.
