Frowning, Cas continued gathering wood. There was more than enough in his arms, but...this human was decidedly very different. Curious. He didn't know what to make of that, although he was far from passing judgment. "It means an eternity of torture and suffering in Hell," he pointed out. "When the reapers come for you...Heaven has already decreed where you're meant to go."
There had been many instances where he'd expected a reaper to appear to him throughout his hunting tenure. Though he had yet to see any, he knew it was only a matter of time. And he doubted Hell would be kind to him for the wrongs he'd committed.
On the matter of hugs, he hesitated. "I wouldn't hit you," he said simply. "Incapacitate you...perhaps. If I felt as though something about the altercation were an intrusion on territory that is Anna's alone, but if you feel the need to, you're welcome to. Though I'm not certain if it will change my current emotional state."
Moving back towards the beach, he knew their next instance would be finding tinder, a dry spot, and a piece of wood for a fire board.
