"Well, that's one way to say it." Max caught the transfer of address, but not much more than that. "Harry said he'd tell people." He didn't know Harry, but he knew the type - even if he'd only talked a little to the man over the phone. Harry fit in the world perfectly.
Max did, too, and he was going to miss it when they left.
"I told Harry we were going to check out the last address." He shrugged, having found out from a few of the bar's patrons just where they were going. It was certainly a place for the Good-time Charlies and their store bought gals.
"So, we going? Maybe take our tete-a-tete on the road?" he gave the two men a slight smile.
