Phaedra couldn't help but smirk as the Doctor spoke initially. His exasperation with Castiel was something she could identify with, after her hospital visit with the former angel.
And really, Phaedra was exasperated with human beings quite often. In some ways, it could be considered her default state.
She stood quite still, and when she spoke, her accent was evident and heavy.
"Yes," the vampiress said.
She reached into her coat, then, and removed two bags full of blood. She held them up with a pale hand, arched a brow, and turned around so that everyone in the room could see what she had.
"These require serious analysis," Phaedra said, "but, as the Doctor was saying, as Cas was saying... these are not human beings. Their blood is not human. Their thoughts aren't quite right."
She looked at Cas, levelly, and then to the faces in the crowd she knew, finally stopping on Piotr. She wished Harry were here.
"I wish to be certain that no one in this room will lop my head off for continuing what I need to say, once this meeting is concluded."
There were other hunters here. Phaedra did not want to continually justify her existence to them.
