If she was attempting to frighten him, she was doing a very poor job of it and he continued to stare her down. Having met disbelief in his abilities from various monsters before, that was of little import to him - she could doubt him all she wished and while she still likely had the strength advantage, he was not yet willing to count himself out. Part of him was even hoping she was strike out at him. It would have been an acceptable challenge.
"If you require feeding, I'm willing to help you acquire the necessary means. But it will not be from a living donor. If you require one, then we will think of something else. I will not allow you to feed from someone who is not willing."
That was as much of a threat as she was liable to get. If she stood down, he would pick the lock on the door that led to one of the labs to get blood for her. That would simply be a matter of helping one of his fellow individuals who was also lost. If she chose to attack him, then he would make certain to find a way to bring her down. If not at that moment, then at some other point in time.
"The only time you're wasting is your own in not making a decision."
He had a blade and he had a lighter. He felt he was more than prepared, dead man's blood or not.
