Sympathy didn't know how to explain more than that. She hadn't spent much time with the woman, and had been fairly focused on her stain at the time, too.
"She was nice, though. I do not think that any devil could be so truly kind. Whatever was wrong with her, she did not hurt me."
That was saying a lot. Sympathy believed very much in demons and devils and creatures that took human form but were not. Witchcraft and spells and all of that.
