Evan frowned and looked at his feet while Aaron talked. It sounded like they worked together, and willingly for the Tower. Evan had to assume that the Tower that Aaron was talking about was not a bunch of arrogant, manipulative fucks, or he was sure his cousin wouldn't be a part of it. At least not the boy he'd known in Scotland.
"Alright. Now for my end of it." He sighed out, looking up. "Like I said, I haven't seen you or any of the family for a really long time. I tend to stay away. I'm an artifact hunter for the Tower, but only because they fund my personal searches. Once in a while, I have to do something for them to keep them at it. When I signed my contract, I made sure that they couldn't go after any single member of my family, because of what giant dickholes they are. I haven't been a wolf very long. Or not that I knew of, anyway. I thought our captors had been having a laugh at my expense and fucked with my DNA. But if you're one... well...
"I lived in a place called Electric City." Evan continued, obviously not caring about secrets as much as his cousin did. "I used to travel a lot, but I got into some trouble with the Tower, and they pulled me back to an in-house residency for my punishment, and paired me up with a librarian. Said librarian has a fairy admirer, and that is the fairy that makes my life a horrible place to live."
