"No, there are...other places." Aaron wasn't quite the brain Evan was. He wasn't stupid, but his mind didn't work on the same level. Or that was what he understood of it all. The large man rubbed absently at his chest and stomach as he thought. Yes, something was definitely not right, not when a cousin he knew ran some of the larger seeking missions had no idea what was going on.
"Mm." His brows furrowed. These things simply weren't right.
"Technically there were two 'theys' there. One is the faefolk; one is the Tower." He didn't speak slowly as if talking to a child or one without sense, yet he did look a little confused by Evan's not understanding. He looked around as if there might be some clue to be found.
"Don't tell me you got hit by an amnesia spell. I keep telling you, you need to take better protection with you when you go out in the field. I know you live for danger, but there's gotta be a limit, right?" Aaron laughed softly. "Course, how would you know if you got hit by a spell if you've forgotten getting hit by it?"
