"Usually it takes a little while and some exploring to find a familiar face." Piotr shrugged. The odds had rolled in his favor this time, it seemed. "I am from the group. Piotr Rasputin. You are Max, the detective."
He looked around and shook his head. "No. Just the forest. I started to walk in one direction, getting nothing but more forest. I turned around and went the opposite way and have found you. I think I have made the right decision."
He found himself glad that he hadn't been put in Max's clothing. They were a little more silly than he thought he would be able to handle. Kudos to Max, though, for being able to have a conversation without feeling absurd.
"Have you seen anyone yet?" He supposed the answer was no.
