"Good." Roy led the way in and just as quickly led the way out with their cookies in one hand, Laurel's in the other. His fingers tightened a moment as he realized just what they were doing. They were being as normal a couple as they could be; odd that it took Santa's village for that thought. He squeezed her fingers, giving her a happy little smile.
"Hot cocoa, binge watching something, and cookies. I can't think of anything better. Well, not much better anyway." He laughed, setting them on the quickest path to home. Or their current dwelling place.
"This is definitely not a bad deal, not a bad deal at all."
