Simon's eyes lifted to the stranger he should have noticed prior to the cough. It bothered him even more that the little creatures had distracted him enough that he hadn't even sensed somebody else in the vicinity.
He nudged a thing away with his foot, roughly, but not kicking, and started to walk toward the newcomer. He wasn't very near at all when he realized that this one was not human.
He let his power explore a little, finding the edges of this man and defining them. A smile crept over his face. A shifter. A true shifter. Not some mangy were. These ones were much closer to the fae than the weres were. Simon found them much more acceptable to be around.
"Welcome to my hell." He said, motioning toward the elves.
