Santa tilted his head towards Mulan. She was a smart a woman, that much was clear. A little hint of impressed colored his features.
"The price is not paid to me. At some point in the future, you will both do a service for someone. This will pay your debt for this magic."
Aurora glanced at Mulan, eager to accept, but wanting to judge the warrior's reaction first. She wanted nothing more than to see her husband and son and make sure that they were okay, but Mulan was right that this wasn't something to be rushed into. Magic could be disastrous if one didn't consider the price of it. She'd certainly seen her fair share of devastation due to magic, particularly magic done or requested by those who didn't respect the balance necessary for such things.
