"If the stories are true, Santa is kind to everyone," Aurora said. Though Mulan did have a point. There were certainly stories about others that didn't turn out to be as true as one might expect.
All the same, she had to try. Maybe there was the faintest glimmer of hope that Santa Claus could help them in some way. Either by getting them home or telling them how to cross realms to find her husband and son.
She slowly approached the jolly man in red. He looked up and gave them both a warm smile.
"Aurora and Mulan. Welcome to my village."
Aurora's jaw dropped ever so slightly as he used their names. Then again, that was in line with the stories she'd heard too.
