Mulan thought about this son of a God and about a man giving children presents all over the world. Or a world. She wasn't sure she liked either of these things, nor was she sure she disliked them. She didn't understand the connection, but then these were not her traditions. She tried not to judge them. It was something almost easier said than done.
"Santa Claus?" Mulan's fingers tightened on Aurora. "We are not children. Perhaps he will not like that we are in his...village?" She didn't have any weapons on her, but that didn't mean she wouldn't do her best to protect the woman at her side. She would go to the ends of the kingdoms and back for the princess. Some might say she had done that many times now.
"Proceed with caution, princess." She wouldn't tell Aurora 'no' mainly because she knew that the princess would do as she wanted for the most part no matter what. All she could do was protect her to the best of her abilities.
