Mary laughed a little at the question about her having adoring fans.
"Thankfully, if my family existed in that world, the Winchester name wasn't well known. But darnit, I missed out on having my own paparazzi stalkers," she tried to look disappointed, but still couldn't quite keep the grin off her face.
Johnny's girl. That was the first time that this version had called her his girl, that she knew of. That didn't take away from the fact that she'd been his girl for ages, but it was nice to hear it out loud.
However, the smile slid off her face when asked if she had any theories about the aliens splitting them up.
"A few, yeah. It's possible that they're worried that we'll organize and find a way to rise up against them if they let us all stay together for too long. Or they want to test the psychological effects of keeping us from the people we love," she didn't catch what she'd said, nor did she overthink it. "It's also possible that there's dissent in the ranks up there and they can't decide where they want to send us, so there's some sort of compromise going on in splitting us up into smaller groups."
She fixed her gaze on Johnny, a lot more focused now that they had a serious subject at hand.
