Mary smiled at Johnny's protests. She was glad that she wasn't the only one who wanted to hang on for as long as they were allowed. She was still a little flushed from the kisses, but she reasoned that they couldn't just keep standing here. Eventually, they'd need to not be standing.
She took his hand and led him over to the couch. She didn't want to take the time to go and get food just now, and he hadn't said that he was hungry anyways. She was pretty eager to just get back to kissing him.
"Or not watch. I like the idea of not watching even better," she said.
"Please tell me that you remember some time after the resort. I made a few stops before I ended up here with you."
She didn't like the idea of him losing chunks of time again. And maybe, just maybe, she hoped that he'd had the chance to miss her like she'd missed him.
